for those shammy's who dont have it alrdy. get totemtimers addon. it kinda saves ur bar space to use for other stuff if u want or just leave it in ur bar.
but it puts all ur totems, self resses, shields, everything together. also its shows how long ur totems last, and if they are nealry gone u get warning on ur screen wich is kinda nice cuz u can pop them again fast.
Decide for urself but i works great and fast for me (Ferocis).
