EXPERIENCE, is that a joke or what? Experience in what? TBC content, like BT? BT is a joke compared to pre-TBC raid instances, and even TBC raids. Have you even downed Kael and Vashj?
I'm willing to bet a 100 bugs saying that i got atleast the double exp than most of your guild, if not all of it.
Gear, what do you need better gear for? where you are at now my gear ain't a problem at all.
I can easily perform in MH and BT. Jesus.

Hit rating - Im lacking 6 hit rating and as you said 3 gems, figure that one out.
Low number of high gems - wtf, so what?
Low spelldmg - For what, i got more than enough for where your guild is progressing atm.

Unenchanted items - No, problem here this one is correct, but a decline because of _4_ unchanted items is gg.
Declined - fair enough, just give me a reason that makes sense.
